Check and post ICP voltage and pressure reading for the following: KOEO, idle, and @ 2200rpm. It should read about .2 , 1.0 , & 1.8 volts.

How do I check the voltage? Can my scan gauge tell me that?

So I checked my icv its at koeo .23
At idle 1.03
At 2200 rpm we have 1.45-1.48
