Have you made any attempt to determine what you don't have when the engine won't start? Do you have a way to confirm whether or not you have spark and/or fuel pressure?
There are several different things that could cause a no start. Understanding if you have good spark and good fuel pressure when the truck won't start will go a long way in narrowing down the list of possible causes.
Check your fuel pump relay and your Ecm relay. I had problems with both of mine. And that would cause intermittent starting. It even shut down on the highway twice. But after I changed both of those relays never had any more problems.
Can you hear the fuel pump relay clicking and the pump running?
