I think the point trying to be made is "legally", meaning if there were to be an accident that you were involved in (not even one that you caused) and you are loaded heavy (over what is posted on the sticker of your door) and someone gets injured or killed and tries to come after you. Your insurance will be void, they do not have to pay due to the fact that you were over and using the truck improperly.
On the other side of it, if you are using it commercially the DOT can and will do inspections and can shut you down and give you heavy fines.
Can you bolt all the stuff from a f450/550 under it and have it carry the load safely? Sure, but the sticker on the door still limits it to the F350 capacity that it came from the factory with.
I still have yet to see an actual axle load capacity spec... I know the pinion gears are larger in the dana 60..... And I understand the legal aspect... This is a farm truck...never to leave the property loaded down.... As long as I can go 30mph to a brush fire...
Thanks

Let me see if I can get anything from another member, would be cool of we could tag them in a post and have them find it. But he has an F350 dually flat bet that may give some more info on the door tag.
The factory does not really give the detail on that spec, as you're learning you'll notice that it is the GCWR that is most common. May have to find specific axle specs from Axle manufacturer.
If it is a farm truck then sure go ahead and do all you want, you could add air bags to the rear and front, that would be relatively simple or you could swap axles. If there is a 4x4 shop in your area you could ask them for ideas or where to get parts from.
