Hangers are the same and in the same location.... the difference is the eye-to-eye spring length and the style of the rear shackle assembly.
Make sure you get all the hardware and shackles from the non-FOM donor.

An easy way to find if they cross over is to look at NPD's catalog and compare PNs.
