Upfitter switches started in 2005. There are Ford kits available (see link below) but not for 2004 that I know of.

'04 late, T6 full synthetic, my EGR upgrade, 35" Coopers, Hi Idle Mod., next on list is remote oil and coolant resvrs.,then tranny flush/ fill with new filters.

Yes sir, fully functional. The switches turn power on and off at the terminated wires under the dash. It's a little more complicated than just the switches tho, the system includes relays and two of them are rated at 30 amps. The parts should be available from your favorite supplier that has access to Ford stuff but a salvage yard may be a better option.

Thanks Rusty I'll check it all out thank you. I'm tracking down parts now to put it all together. I'm going to order a lower dash kit from MK, and start wiring!! Woohooah. A lot of elbow grease to go, but I'll get this ol girl back to her former glory. Thanks for all your help.
