Hard start error code P22291

My truck start fine cold start. Hard start after it's been running. I received P2291 code when trying to start after driving around the block. I have already done a HPOP. Also rebuilt infectors. When trying to start the IPR was slowly climbing and truck hard four long cranks. When the IPR finally got up to 300 PSI then truck started. Can it be just my IPR? Or something else could be going on. Could my oil cooler cause this problem also. I know I need to replace it. Thanks for the help.

It takes 500 psi to start the truck....

Either you have a biased ICP sensor or the most unuseual 6.0 I have ever seen or heard of to crank and run at 300 psi.

no your oil cooler is not a cause. the coolant side of your cooler is clogged. unless it is ruptured and you have oil in your coolant than maybe.

Pull the IPR and check the screen for trash.
