Stalling problem

I've seen a few threads on stalling problems here, but none match what's going on with my truck. Here it goes: about 3 weeks ago I installed a K&N filter into my stock 2006 f150. Truck ran great and loved it. Last week I installed a flowmaster super 44 muffler onto the stock exhaust. Truck ran great on my way over to weld the end of the exhaust. During welding, I made sure to disconnect the negative terminal to not cause damage. I followed the factory reset for the relearn process. After that the truck took forever to start the first time, but not a problem since. My problem lies in when I come to a stop it stalls. No problems when running and not when its sitting in park at idle. I did clamp the front of the muffler and the exit of the muffler into the pipe. I have switched back to the standard air filter, but no help with the stalling issue. All lines are connected, and nothing visible broken. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the forum.

I would start with cleaning the throttlebody and MAF sensor.
