4.6 winsor to romeo swap

I have a romeo I'm fixing to drop in place of the locked up windsor in my 97 4x4. My question is the only problems I'm seeing is on the original windsor there is a sensor in the center of the block under the intake and the romeo does not have. Also there is a sensor on the drivers side front of the head on the windsor and not on the romeo. Any ideas what they are and what I'm to do??

Welcome to the forum.
The center sensor is a knock sensor. The one in the head is the temp sensor. It senses actual head temp instead of coolant temp for the gauge. Gotta have it.
