2013 Ecoboost Question

Hi guys, I have a question about a 2013 F150 with the EcoBoost i may buy. I ran the carfax on it and it showed all the normal maintenance things that are normally done when a vehicle is serviced but it also said compression checked and injector(s) changed. This was at 54k miles. Then when the dealer took it on trade at 64K miles it shows all the same things were done again. Is this normal to check compression and change injectors? Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question but i am new to the ecoboost. Thanks in advance

You know what... There are over 500,000 of those things out there and you can find one tomorrow that isn't suspicious.

I have to agree with the above post. Is there a possibility of an erroneous on the carfax? Sure, it's possible but for the money that these trucks are fetching, why risk it.
