A lot of members are aware of the build of my sig truck that came to a halt. It's been sitting and after About 6 months the old engine busted right off. I'm tired of it sitting so it's going to be revived with a repaint and a cummins swap. I am slowly going to hoard body panels until I have all I need and then it's going down to a rolling frame for the diesel swap and repaint
Here's how it was when I got it almost year ago
And how it sits now
This weekend I'm going to a junk yard to get some rear doors and possibly front ones too. After that it's getting a dually bed and a fuel pump. Here is my list for the truck so far
Body
Replace all 4 doors
Replace rusted front driver side floor pan
Replace rusted front driver side outer rocker
OBS front clip swap
Dually bed
Filler necks for diesel

You're in Lubbock? What junk yard are you picking through? I picked up a new seat for my 88 at the wrench a part last Friday.
I used to be but now I'm in San Angelo. I've got a little honey hole anout half an hour from me and they give me deals because I buy so much stuff from him and I always remove it myself so that also brings down price because he doesn't have to work to remove parts. The wrench a part in Lubbock won't let me in the yard without an adult because I'm a teen so haven't been able to go. I also have a few honey holes scattered outside of Lubbock buy I'm not telling about those
How about a dually rear axle? and dually front hubs
Yes those too. I have to replace the bed anyway so while it's off I'm going to replace the fuel lines and put the gooseneck plate under the bed. Might also do the axle while the bed is off just so I don't have to fight it
My old contact didn't have any straight doors but he had a good front clip off a 93 and I also found a cab and chassis 92 with manual hubs for a dually so I'll probably buy the hubs off it. This is a major score because these cab and chassis trucks weren't usually sold in 4x4 around here because it never rains or snows in these parts.
Going to the other junkyard a friend owns and checking on some front doors though
Ended up getting a different front clip without the hood for 260 so invited my bro over and we knocked out a lot of work. Engine hoist and impact wrench proved very helpful. Though it only would run for a few minutes because of the fuel pump I just had to steal a battery from dodge and it fired right up
