My 2004 Sport Trac will sometimes not turn over. All lights and gauges seem to be working. It will spew washer fluid while this is happening. Have to wait for awhile, no set time, and then it will turn over as nothing happened. When this does happen, I can here the computer resetting itself and gauges flicker up and down. Any suggestions? My shop can not find a problem until it quits on me again and I have to tow it in.

The phrase "won't turn over" often gets used in a couple of different contexts. Some people mean "cranks but doesn't start" while others mean "starter doesn't engage." Which interpretation applies to your truck?
Also, does the truck start to spew washer fluid on its own, or do you mean that function still works when commanded along with the lights and gauges?
Have you checked the voltage of your battery when you have the key in the Start position? What does it drop down to? Have you confirmed the connections at the battery are clean and tight?
It will not crank at times. I turn the key, nothing happens but windshield washer fluid spews even though the wipers are not turned on or button pushed. Gauges seem normal except message' check gauges' comes on while engaging the key. I have tried disconnecting the battery and reconnecting. It is a new battery so it is not that.
Did these issues just start after the battery was replaced? Just because the battery is new does not confirm the battery is not the issue or that the connections to the battery are good. If these issues starter after the battery was replaced, rather than the battery being replaced because of these issues, I would not be too quick to rule it and the connections out.
