Running lights turn on for 10 seconds then go out. Trying to find location of components of electrical system. DRL module? where is it?
Available schematics show a resister to lower voltage to headlights to extend life of lamps but I find a wire jumper with no resister. Is this normal?
Door locks appear to be faulty. they will operate once but not twice. voltage is applied but only partial operation. is replacement the only solution? have haynes manual and they have sent me some updates but have not solved the problem yet. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

The DRL module and relays are on top of the dash. Lift off the oval tray on the pass side. I think the resistor is supposed to be under the front bumper, but I'm not sure. My F-150 was made in Canada for use in the USA, so I have some components but not all.
Thanks for the replies. checking the remays under that oval removable panelverifys that they are good. I puthem on the bench and electrictly operase them with a lightbulb load and they are fine though these relays seem to operate with the door lock switches? There is also a light sensor in there. what is it for? I can't find it in my schematics. can anyone send me a print. I also applied a voltmeter to that jumper in there and it is hot (12VDC) when the lights are on and I could not locate the resister under the left headlamp as one drawing shows. so I am still lost will investigate some more but still need help. any is deeply appreciated. WS
Another follow up is that I have a Haynes manual on this truck. I have asked them for more help and they have been very good. Today I asked again and they say they have more help for me on my questions above and will send me the schematics so I may ad to this as to the locations and the happy results I hope. WS
Thanks to Haynes
