Change PCM?

What all is involved in changing the PCM? Looks pretty simple to remove and replace.....is anything else required? Do I need to have a shop do it?
Anyone have a good source for a new PCM?
Truck is a '99 F250 5.4

Straight forward swap as long as the replacement is out of an identical truck (or has been configured for yours).

Try ebay or google it.
