This is why I like diesels. It's damned near impossible to get it to go up like that, no matter /how/ badly you screw up. Diesel spraying all over the top of the engine? No flame. Diesel dripping onto the hot exhaust manifolds? Usually no flame. Yeah, I know that it *can* ignite, but actually getting it to is /hard/.
