401 & 402 codes at the same time?

Hi guy's I went to get my biannual E-check and low and behold I failed?
The tech came back with a 401 & 402 code? the truck is 1999 250 Super Duty with a 5.4 engine, Mileage-125400. Truck seems to run fine? HELP!! Where do I start?

Since they are both EGR related codes,I would start there. Maybe a bad DPFE sensor or a blocked EGR passage?

Replace the DPFE sensor, reset, and retest.
