I don't know the name of the style that those are called, but I do know that they make repros of them and most of them are JUNK! They don't fit well and the fake lug nuts fall off real quick. If you want some, cruise the JYs and flea markets and look for Ford markings or part#s to make sure you are getting the real deal.
You can probably find them in the junkyard, but you may need to get them off more than one vehicle to get a complete set in good condition. I helped my buddy find some for his 86 and we had to go to two places. Be sure to check the fake lug nut covers and make sure they are all there. Some aluminum cleaner/polish can go a long way towards making them look new too.
