Overhead Computer

so i took mine down to repair it and all the chips but one are missing and the board looks like its shot has alot of burn spots on it. Does anyone here know where i can get a new one cheap? already tried my local scrap yards they dont have any.

Thanks. I need to send mine in too. I miss knowing what direction I'm headed, and lies amount my fuel mileage. Maybe he can program it like 25% optimistic so I feel better about driving.

Mine just says 10,000,000 miles til empty, it was an extra $2 but it makes me feel good lol.

If you find someone with decent soldering skills, you can use some radio shack resistors to replace the missing ones. You can see the one I lost in this shot. One doesn't look like the others.

i was hoping someone had a salvage yard near them that might have some all the ones on ebay are like $300 and im sure the whole thing is toast there are dark brown burn spots on the board

Post up some pics, it might be salvageable.

I sent mine to the low ball on eBay and it came back without the compass working-same as it was when I sent it in. They gave me my money back really quick.
