It is but it's ALOT of work... a fellow member had some glass custom cut and did it but it's not as simple as it sounds... mucho fabbing.

Sorry.. no link because it was never finished IIRC... just like Bobby Ford's shaker hood scoop but it's no fault of his own... production issues of the manufacturer.

I did it; look through my build thread. If you can't do some fab work and some welding then its probably not for you. I actually made the stock regulators work. However, I am changing them to power windows because they will work better.

Thanks but I've seen most of your build thread. I do have a mig welder, but I've also seen your mustang II front end with those amazing looking welds. My fabrication skills are no where even near yours. You have mad skills.
I will continue going through your thread though and look at the window section in particular. I've always wanted to get rid of my vent windows, but didn't even know if it was possible. In my feeble lil' brain, I was thinking I could possibly canibalize a late model track setup?

Don't know if it would help or not, but if you think how the modern Fords use a triangle with the mirror on it, could be an alturnative to get around the hinge issue, with a better rear view.

I agree. If I had to do it again I would highly consider doing that to some degree. It would take some skilled metalwork to look good in my opinion but would leave the full hinge and hinge pocket. Either way though; there is still a lot of fab involved.

Don't know how closely you have looked at it, and I have not but when washing my 06 F150 it looks like a fitted insert not a molded piece. The truck is white the insert is black so it does not look one piece.

One Piece Products was TALKING about this conversion being "available soon" but, that was as least 6 years ago that they first mentioned it.

Looks like now they don't even mention this conversion for a Bumpside on their website anymore.

I found these photos of a one piece side glass, that One Piece Products had provided from several years ago, of a mock up they did at least on one Bumpside.
