Relieving fuel pressure

Relieving fuel pressure
I have a 1990 F250 with a 5.0 that is in need of a rebuild. I have decided to tackle my first one. I got just a little too far ahead of myself and forgot to relieve the fuel pressure before starting to tear down for pulling the motor. Is there another way to relieve the fuel pressure other than than triggering the inertia switch and running the engine until it quits?

There is a shrader valve on the fuel rail just poke the midle just like a tire valve stem

Should be a schrader valve on the fuel rail.
