fuel pressure relief

88 F150 300 - I have done some searches but cant seem to find an answer. I am in the process of pulling my engine out. One of the last things that I have to do is remove the fuel rail. The only problem is that I have not relieved the fuel pressure yet. It seems that the best way in the manuals is to cut off the fuel with the inertia switch and then run the pressure down. Since everythingis off of the engine, does anyone know if the pressure can be relieved any other way or am I just going to deal with a squirt of fuel?

Any help is appreciated.

Find the schrader valve (like a valve stem on a tire) and press the release in there. Be careful, it will squirt fuel out if there is pressure in the rail.
