Well, a standard "styleside" bed, only the '73-'79 would look right on the dentside. For a flareside, you could probably bolt up about anything you wanted, since the contours don't match the cab anyhow, though finding one where the length from the cab to the rear axle was the same would be key if you don't want to fabricate your own...

I remember reading that you can put 73-79 bedsides on an 80's bed. That has to be easier and cheaper than finding a rust free dent bed

You could probably get away with any mfr's styleside (step side) bed... Not saying it would look great but it might work

Yes 61steven, 80's and 70's (and maybe more) beds have the same bed with different sides

Its been said many times, but you may not be aware the 73- 96 beds are the same on the inside, not all the bed bolts line up, I think its just the high-boys or early f250s. The outside skins are different. I you need a replacement and just need it to fit you can always use a newer bed.

Flat bed, tray bed, stake bed, tube bed structure..... that about sums it up.

Rich (77&79F250) will prolly come along shortly to post up examples.

I put a 91 bed on my 79 F150 SC. Same color so it didn't really stand out. Friend put a 2000 bed on his 73 or 74 4x4. Painted to match. Looked ok. These were work trucks so didn't have to be original.
