Drop Radius Arms - New Shocks?

I ordered these http://www.summitracing.com/parts/djm-db3003-3 for my '83 F150 2WD shortbed. According to LMC, I need new shocks when using their 3" drop arms (Summit didn't mention anything about that), but they want $60/each

Does anyone know of something that will work, without me having to sell one of my body parts?

Never mind - I dug around and found (from DJM) that I need the Calmax 1415 shocks. $40/each at Summit.
May be helpful if anyone else is lowering their trucks!!
