Electrical problems 2000 f250

I have a Ford F250 with electrical problems I have no taillights, no brake lights, and no turn signals and if you pull the steering wheel hard left and hold it and it will stay on with everything working let off of it and they all stop can anybody help me

Conection issue in the harness by the brake booster area. Think I had the same prob. Turn out just a little corrosion
