Throttle bodie bolt problem

Ok, I have added a throttle bodie spacer to my engine, a few months later I added a 75mm throttle bodie (I have a 99 f150 with a 5.4l v8 by the way) when I was installing the spacer in the instructions it did not say anything about tightening the bolts too tight or using a torque wrench or anything like that, when I had taken the bolts off they where on there pretty tight so of course I tried to get them on tigh too, not super tight but pretty tight, well it started to strip the threads in where the throttlebodie bolts too, not the bolts themselves, so i just snugged them up, then when i put the throttle bodie in i remembered having a problem so i just snugged them up pretty good again. Well the top two bolts will not stay tight after driving down the road for a few miles the they come loose and i have to tighten it and its not getting a good seal on the gaskits (i know my spelling is really bad) so currently i have the seal taped and the bolts taped so they dont come loose, It appeares that there is a part between the manifold and the throttle bodie, anyone know if I could replace just that part and where i could find one for a good price or is there a way to fix this problem withought replacing it. The bottum bolts seem to be holding out for the moment but i want to get this taken care of before i have a real problem on my hands.

thanks for any info
