Volare front end template
#2
I just bought the dvd from no limit and with it you do not need the template. It would be nice but they tell you how to measure. Don't buy the no limit dvd it is p_ _ _ poor quality. I called and the girl just kept telling me that it is to bad because it is old technology. She would let me return it. I did keep it since the person that is going to do my front end does this stuff for a living so he can understand it more than myself. Anyway she acted as it was no big deal I was also looking maybe at their independent suspension but not now. If you do want the templates Bob's F-100s sells them for $100.00

55 are you saying "just say no to volare" . I have been thinking this thing over and over again. I need to do a lot of other stuff to the truck also so I might just keep the stock front as I think I found a toyota power steering unit have to look at if first. I have a 302 out of a 95 mustang that I was planning on using for my other truck but I sold it and kept the motor. I need to overhaul the 302 and aod. A 400 and fmx is what is in the truck now but I do not want to keep it so will be pulling that out once the 302 is done. I am trying to put a lot of thought into what suspension I want since I don't want to waste any money. 55 how is your truck doing?

i bought my truck with the volare front in it. it was a uncompleted project that the previous owner lost interest in. i used to own a volare, so i know how a vehicle will handle with it...
my plans are to remove the volare front. do what is needed to the frame to prep it. build the mounts, then re-inforce the frame, prior to the final bolt up.
i haven't started the truck teardown. so if someone wanted to swap frames. this would be a good time. to make plans for a trade..
