I can't undrestand how come when they say stay home till they clear the roads, they just can't stay home.
Schools and gubberment are closed, most doc appointments, and courts are closed. Where the hell are these idiots going at 5-6 am in a 2 wheel drive in a winter storm emeergency when they've been told to stay home?
