Nothing much going on here. I have some errands to run including picking up the proper speedometer driven gear so it reads properly. I finally got around to replacing the speedo drive gear in the transmission. I will be doing the oil chance and a drain and fill on the trans once I have the gear.
Machine shop finally came through and sold the extra 300 I had just sitting here. I now have the $ to order the rubber floor mat from rockauto for the truck
The pertronix unit I ordered for the truck based on their own distributor chart was wrong. Luckily I still had a couple days left to be ale to return it to Amozon, or I would have been stuck with it. I am waiting for amazon to credit the money back so I can order the right one.
Next project will be the rear-end. I know it needs axle seals but I thinking about going ahead and replacing the axle bearings as well. I need tp talk to the husband of one of my wife's friends to see if he will help and allow the use of his press. If not I will just buy one. The cost wouldn't be that much more than having a shop do the work.
Morning & Happy Saturday.
I didn't have to work yesterday. My Terex was in the shop longer than they thought. That's okay though, it gave me a chance to complete my online EMT Transition Course. YEAH...I'm finally done! Now I have to figure out how to print out my certificate, since I can't hook up a printer to my tablet. Lol I could do it on Jimmys laptop, but I have to figure out how to transfer my certificate to the right program so the laptop will read it & print it out. But either way, I'm excited to be done cause I'm never going to take another online class. What a pain in the ***! Lol
Good mornin! Good to hear you are now certifiable Donna.
Yesterday My granddaughter and I were discussing the myths about Friday the 13th, She says its a lucky day, I'm not so sure. This is how my Mt bike frame looked at the end of the day.
Debbie says I may have exceeded the GVW.
Anyway enjoy the weekend!
Good Mornin! Those ribs look good, Raleigh!
Now lets see whats for breakfast hmm?
Just wanted to say thank you for the info and specs on the steps. Finally found them and installed them last week. Really appreciate you taking the time to send me that info. Have a great Sunday. I new to this if u coach me how I will post a photo.
Happy Monday! Welcome to a new work week.
Guess I'll find out if im working today. Friday my foreman called me to let me know my Terex was still in the shop & there wasn't enough product to run all the trucks anyway, so I got Friday off. I just hope I get to work today, because its going to be a short work week for me already! I'll be off tomorrow for my eye surgery & possibly Wednesday for any recovery time.
Atleast Friday I finished my online EMT transition class.
