I would bet you stuck two fingers in the levee but other leaks have sprung up

Well lesson learned, you think I should still do the test that ford man said or pull off the covers and start it up to check for leaks?

I personally would replace the remaining cylinders o-rings so all were new. I have a feeling you will cure your issue.
