Stalling

So my 97 f350 7.3l I let it warm up for 45mins before work, then started to drive to work and about a quarter of a mile down the road stopping at a light the truck just stalls like I turned the key off, put it in "N" and it started right up and drove to work no problem no warning light or nothing before it stalled, any ideas

Is this a regular thing or just happened once

Welcome! Get a Ford or International CPS, might be a cheap fix.

when come to a stop does your truck drop in rpms slightly like from 550 to 400ish then come back up?

mine did that before i got efuel, im assuming its low fuel pressure check yours and try the fpr shim, a couple times mine would stall if i was getting on the gas hard then braked hard for a stop light or something like that
