Tim, I usually wear a warm hat. I've heard you loose 90% of the heat out of your head. Seems true, because I'm 100% naked from the eyebrows down, and I'm not feeling chilly.

We ran out of whale oil a few years back. We've been burning environmentalists since then. The smell is awful, but there is a pretty steady supply.
