Anyway, I'll wait to see if the truck owner responds to me (I left a business card). Basically I was thinking of making a 250 into a 350..........Doesn't sound insurmountable, but more complicated (and $$$$$) than I first thought. Of course, I don't know what he already DID to his truck. He might have swapped out the front axle and did some other stuff.....and just kept the 250 tag on it...lol.

Oh yeah.....And I just like the LOOKS of the 94 to 97 superdutys........Look beefier than the 1999 + models (more 'squared'......trucks sit more level.....). Added bonus, the diamond plate deer catcher (black) on the front........Looks GREAT with the deep, dark green (not the godawful pearl green) on the truck body that I reckon they had with those models. And he has the front hitch receiver installed (I installed one on my 2000) already too. I believe the tires are 35s........

Great looking truck.
