I own a 2000 Ford Econoline and I noticed while the van was parked in my garage that I have a quarter sized coolant leak underneath the van more towards the drivers side near the front of the van.
I will be looking into this further tonight. The radiator is new. Any thoughts as to what I should be looking for/at?
Also, does anyone know where I can find a diaphragm of this van (2000 ford e-250 V8) from underneath so I can use that to see what/where it is leaking?
The pressure testing idea is a good one---might find it very quickly.
If the van can be safely started and keep running inside the garage--overhead door fully opened---get it to operating temperature then crawl underneath looking for the leak upward from the spot its left on the floor
Open the hood and look for obvious signs of an active leak all along the engine cooling loop including the reservoir and its hoses leading into the radiator.
With that size spot its not a serious leak, perhaps a loose clamp or such. These types leaks tend to leave a trail from their points of origin making them somewhat easy to find.
