Youd have to change your bell housing lucky thing is the 3 speed is a top loader like the 4 speeds so there parts fit.You will need to get engine stands from a 302,351m or 400 to mount the 302 into your truck.

Yes, all 302/351W-C have the same pattern. It is called the small block windsor pattern.
