Back probing pin #90 should read 0.2 VDC to 5.0 VDC (Reference Voltage) - No Voltage? Suspect PCM or Wiring Issue
Back probing pin #21 should read 12 VDC / Hz
Back probing pin #65 Using OHM, should read infinite. Resistance? Suspect PCM or Wiring Issue
