C750 4x4 Questions

Can anyone tell me if there was more than one 4x4 option on these C-Series trucks? I think I'll be driving one home this week and it has a stripped axle in front, not sure which one. I believe it has a 9000# front axle. Thanks in advance. BTW its a 1974 model and a airport foam truck. (What I'm told.)

There was no factory option per say on these trucks of 4x4, they were all aftermarket company conversions.

As such, each of the conversion company did it there own way in detail parts. Most likely front axle parts are available, but you are on the right track, the capacity and make will have to be determined to source the proper parts for repair.
