One working brake light not bulb

Welcome to FTE.
If the bulbs are good, work backwards from the bulb. The socket, connections, the wires all the way back to the switch. If it's easy to check the switch first, do that as well. If you have output at the switch, and a known good bulb, then you know you're looking for a wire issue.
Also, if you want vehicle specific assistance, you must post what vehicle you are working on, and list any prior diagnostic efforts and results.
