Heh. Just went through this! There isn't any.
The workaround is to have the hubs removed by a machine shop from the drums, use new studs and have the old hubs pressed onto new drums. Good time for new bearings and cups, too. If you don't have the original hub and drum assembly for some reason, you can find some used from some of the usual suspects.

How about $25.00 each plus shipping? FTE members reading this can give us input whether they think that's fair. If you don't need the drums, shipping will probably be easier and cheaper. Not a problem. I am definitely interested. Keep me posted. I don't need the drums I'm just trying to convert to front disk.

if your only wanting 5 lug discs, consider this
do f250 and f100 share the same spindle?
can a f100 spindle fit an f250 axle?
if so the speedway rotors come with hubs
if not swap the axle for a f100 one
