No T-98's after 1964 in F100/350's. Replaced in 1965 with T-18 & New Process 435 4 speeds.

A '55 and earlier pto will work on the '48-'52 T98, but the pto may be harder to find than the '48-'52 T98 transmission itself.

If that is true, I have a PTO from a '55 T98 that I'm not planning on using in my F-100. Interested?... PM me.

Hi, sorry I didn't read your post carefully enough. I have an F3 that I want a 50 -52 T98 and yours is too late......darn.

i know this is old post but 6 cylinder engines were used hhere in canada from at least 49 to 51 in the bigger trucks. How do I know? Have seen them as original.
