kansas laws?

Just had a conversation with my 10 year old daughter yesterday. Looks like i gave up one of my pickups to her. She lives in Kansas while i am in SD. We have a few years to build during visitations. So what are the lift laws, bumper height, window tint and etc in your state??

From what I see around they are pretty minimal. I see 12" and more lifts, very dark window tints etc. I'm not sure of the actual regulations regarding that stuff though.

Only thing I've heard enforced is tint. My friend has a newer Monte Carlo and had 20% tint on there for the past 5+ years. He started traveling to KC and back on the weekends (instead of his usual Manhattan\JC\Abilene area) and got pulled over in regards to the tint within a couple weekends. Had to have it removed and replaced with legal 35%

As for other laws it appears that the biggest issue is headlight placement:

That seems to be a universal law from the looks of it. PA is similar. You can have huge lift, but the headlights have to be mounted lower in order to be legal.
