Urgent help with wipers/fluid

Well, here goes again. 2004 with 200,000 + miles. Live in Ohio. Temp currently -7.

So I have 2 issues

1-had a battery drain. Local shop diagnosed as coming from rear wiper motor. Couldn't get a new on that day so I told them to disconnect it and I will get to it later. Later never happened, but I did notice the washers stopped working at that time. I lost my manual. Are is the washer motor on the same fuse and if so size and location would help. Yes, it is full.

2- Now this is where it gets good. Got back from vacation late last night. Had to be at a volleyball tournament in Toledo two hours away at 7:30. No problem. Got up early. Fired up the Ex in -10 degree weather and began the ice removal process. Wiper was frozen under a couple inches of ice. Pried it up and cleaned everything. Then drove off. Went to use the wiper and only the top and bottom of the blade touch the windshield. Middle is about 1/2 inch off the glass.

Pulled over at rest area to inspect. The joint where the blade usually bends is frozen stiff. I bent the arm where it attaches to the motor when I lifted it off the windshield. Does that make sense? Any, with the ice/slush on the road I pulled over at every service plaza and washed the windshield. Worked OK, but trip home will be in the dark, so I'd like to fix it.

I am stuck in Toledo with no tools, but there is a NAPA near by, so I assume an aurozone or advance auto is not far.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

BTW, it's still -7 as I type this.

**From my 03 6.0L Manual

Rear Wiper Motor - 25A - Location 21
Front Wiper - 15A - Location 33
Rear Wiper Motor - 10A - Location 48

As far as the wipers blades being frozen, I usually just let the defroster warm up the windshield and in turn it warms up the wipers...not sure if that is what you were needing.

I don't see anything that states it is just for the washers

Front wipers working. I will check the other 2.

Nothing that says washer or pump?

Anyone in a warm climate want to pull fuse 21 and 48 and tell me if it takes out the washers?

I'll give it a go in an hour if no one else has. It's 20 outside so technically warmer than where you are

Thanks. I keep going to the parking lot and checking. Temp still -5 but it's sunny and now the wiper is almost touching the windshield. The sun and a little force have helped.
