This was what I was actually looking for originally--basically All the hoses under the hood. I imagine it would be over a grand (quick calc,)

Will these hoses stand up to diesel in the cooling system such a from a cracked head dumping fuel in the cooling system or will they swell and weaken from it like rubber?

If they do swell from diesel, get damaged from extream cooling system pressure etc, will that be under warranty or does it only cover workman ship and material defect?

Great questions!

1. At this time, we do not have plans to develop a heater hose kit for the 6.0L. If we can generate enough interest, we can certainly consider it as a project for future development.

2. Our hose should provide an improved response to an interaction with diesel fuel compared to a rubber counterpart. This isn't to say it will be unaffected, but it will hold-up better to petroleum based fluids.

3. Our warranty covers manufacturers defects. If you have a hose related failure that is caused by a separate engine problem, the free replacement may not be provided. That being said, we try to work with these particular customers to set them up with a discounted replacement.

Let me know if you have any additional questions!

-John

336,000 miles on my originals. 12 years and every one of them a New England winter. OEM will be fine for my replacements when the time comes.

Take that money and upgrade your stereo.
