i'm looking at a 2006 f150 xlt 4x4 with 5.4 triton it has 40,000miles on it for $14,ooo what do you guys think just got rid of my 2002 f350 i really miss it so this is going to replace it with this

Reasonable price. Not a steal but not a rip off IMO. As long as nothing is wrong with it mechanically or cosmetically, go for it.
