Tag in glovebox?
Can anyone tell me what the tag thats supposed to be in the glove box.. Is called, what info it gives, and whether it's reproduced...

Mine is missing... Thank you

I haven't seen a tag on a glove box door for a 66. The tag will be on the drivers door. I think up until 63 the vin plate was on the glove box door, after that they were affixed to the drivers door.

I have the Vin plate on the door... inside the glove box I have the holes and what looks like some ink transfer or could it have been some type of glued on decal?

The glovebox door had the oil decal once the warranty tag was moved to the driver's door. They are now reproduced.

That's probably what I'm seeing remnants of... But should the holes be there?

Yes, Ford used these glove box doors through 1966.
