Nice, too, to see the years of wisdom hitting the ground with real-world reality -- the cardboard sheet under the truck for the oil change activities (and/or mishaps).
Your's is all stock, no tuner? Are those the original wheels? What size tires? Sorry for all the questions but at 500K I am looking to follow in your foot....er tire tracks.
Got tired of listening to Tony give me a hard time so I do have one of his chips in it. 3 of the 4 wheels are stock. One got oblong on a bump and was out of round enough the tire guy couldn't balance it. I use centramatics so I never noticed a vibration, just funny tire wear. Tires are 265/75/16.

Added a heated seat element long ago. Replaced the seat cover and factory foam once. Had the metal springs in the bottom replaced when they broke. Had some foam added at a seat shop the last time and that was 100 times better than getting new factory foam. A lot less expensive too.

Can't stand leather. I ordered this truck with cloth seats and carpet delete because that's the way I like it. The wife has some nice leather seats in hers (custom). Those are comfy, but I'd have them torn up in no time. Plus, I don't like leather.

Just finished an oil change in that picture. The cardboard under the engine was to catch drips. The cardboard under the back tire was just something I didn't pick up yet.

I replaced the injectors at 300k because I thought that was a lot of miles for injectors. Saw no improvement in power or fuel economy, but I did it when the weather was nice and I had the time, which was better than the alternative I figured. Changed the glow plugs at the same time since I was there. GPR is still factory, but remember, I'm in Texas.
Other than that, nothing too major. Springs, bushings, a wheel, some o-rings, 2 clutches, and a whole, whole bunch of fluids and filters.
Wow, nice Chris. Congratulations. That is a testament to a great platform that Ford built, combined with mindful ownership by you. Plenty of these trucks will never see that kind of mileage because their owners won't/can't do what is needed to coax them that far.
Chris what tune of Tony's do you find you use the most for city/ highway (daily driving)?
And when you replaced injectors did you do new or reman?
If reman who did them?
AD's or did you do AC's or variation of what injector?
Because if you have 200k on reman's I am impressed.
