The oil in the pic seems to be coming more from the oil cooler area. The camera shot doesn't really show it originating from above and it's not extremely wet behind the crankshaft damper. HPOP leaks tend to stay within the valley and migrate out the back. It is possible to have a oil galley plug leak on the front or rear of a cylinder head. Is it oily behind the alternator-p/s bracket?

Looks like some cleaning is in order to find the source(s). It could be a combination of spots.

I had a leak like that, I actually had two issues:

1) Front Oil Cooler O-Rings had failed, no mixing of Oil and Coolant, but nevertheless, they were leaking.

2) Loose Valve cover bolts. I had oil coming from the far back passenger side (hard to reach) and the lower front (Lazy Tech).

Clean and reinspect.
