I've got 2 of those and 2 in the female version for the end links of the front sway bar on my Heidts superide ll front suspension.

Does look a little like a tail rotor PC rod end.

Hard to say without some sort of size scale, heim joints are made from very tiny to HUGE!

Sorry 'bout that. I've purged, inspected and changed quite a few, large rotary wing aircraft. That was many years ago.
