I had a problem with that a few years back on the Detroit CL. I was parting out my jet ski and it was getting flagged everyday. From what I heard a CL moderator in Detroit got burned on some bad parts and was flagging/removing all parts ads. So in my last ad I posted in caps saying "I have a job I'm not running a parts business, I am active duty military and just trying to sell something like everybody else on CL". The ad never was flagged again.
I must have pissed in this guys cherries or something
Or just extremely jealous he will never have a truck as nice as this one
He is most likely jealous lol!
I haven't looked but there should be a way to contact a moderator for CL. And as long as you ad does not break any of the rules they should ban that guy for harassment.

I looked. Cant find anyway to contact a Mod, thats why I started this thread
Post a link to your CL post so we can take a look. Does it get flagged right away (like a computer is doing it)? If so then try using a different email address.

It is some jerk off. It only happens in North Jersey and the Poconos in PA
There's realy nothing you can do... There a bunch of nitwits on craiglist that do it just to BB... What you can do is get a craiglist listing app.. It lets you put the add back up in less than minute... Quicker than they can flag your post the times it takes to get your post removed..you can also open up another craiglist account under a different email address... ( it was explained to me once your account starts to get flagged ...it takes less and less flagging to get your post removed.).. Good luck

I use craiglist Pro...it stores your last post so all you do is hit enter ...
On the phone I assume? I am not paying to put my ad on CL. Beside I am sure no broike *** is looking to spend 25k on my 97. He would prob insult me with a 5k "offer"
unfortunately there is nothing you really can do besides stop posting. i gave up on craigs list after someone got a bug up their *** and started flagging all my ads, even the giving away for free ones.
i contacted craigs list and they gave me the run around, so i just stopped using them.
for buying too.

I don't like using the "I'm AD Military" line, but sometimes it does have its advantages. I've never heard of parts posts getting flagged before, I guess that's why this thread interested me. I don't even know how you would be a mod on CL. I guess I learn something new every day!

Same here. One of the better CL apps. Not the best, but it's definitely a good tool to have if you are looking for stuff on the go!
Brad, try Bookoo. I would suggest it to anyone tired of CL as well.
It's a lot like CL, only IMHO it's a lot easier to use, and the seller has a sort of "rep" You can see how many things they have sold, and communication is a lot faster. Ad's are easier to delete once sold as well, and you aren't chasing down dead ends where something has already been sold, like you run into on CL.
I've used it several times, and have had pretty good luck both selling and buying things. Check it out, it might be worth your time.
