CL Flagging
I know this doesnt belong here but neither does a lot of stuff.
Anyone know how to go about figuring out or stopping flagging in CL?
Every day I post my ad, everyday it gets flagged. Getting REAL old

I had a problem with that a few years back on the Detroit CL. I was parting out my jet ski and it was getting flagged everyday. From what I heard a CL moderator in Detroit got burned on some bad parts and was flagging/removing all parts ads. So in my last ad I posted in caps saying "I have a job I'm not running a parts business, I am active duty military and just trying to sell something like everybody else on CL". The ad never was flagged again.

I haven't looked but there should be a way to contact a moderator for CL. And as long as you ad does not break any of the rules they should ban that guy for harassment.

There is a way to talk to them.
Here is a flagging forum:

and if you go here you can report flagging abuse:
https://www.craigslist.org/contact
post a link and let us take a look

There's realy nothing you can do... There a bunch of nitwits on craiglist that do it just to BB... What you can do is get a craiglist listing app.. It lets you put the add back up in less than minute... Quicker than they can flag your post the times it takes to get your post removed..you can also open up another craiglist account under a different email address... ( it was explained to me once your account starts to get flagged ...it takes less and less flagging to get your post removed.).. Good luck

unfortunately there is nothing you really can do besides stop posting. i gave up on craigs list after someone got a bug up their *** and started flagging all my ads, even the giving away for free ones.
i contacted craigs list and they gave me the run around, so i just stopped using them.
for buying too.

Brad, try Bookoo. I would suggest it to anyone tired of CL as well.
It's a lot like CL, only IMHO it's a lot easier to use, and the seller has a sort of "rep" You can see how many things they have sold, and communication is a lot faster. Ad's are easier to delete once sold as well, and you aren't chasing down dead ends where something has already been sold, like you run into on CL.
I've used it several times, and have had pretty good luck both selling and buying things. Check it out, it might be worth your time.
Hope that helps!
