Purchased a 2007 with 114K about 3 months ago, Always runs like a bat out of hell. I noticed today my acceleration wasn't up to its normal routine. Definetly lacking its normal power

EOT vs ECT is only a 4 degree difference at operating temperature
Turbo was boosting only to 20 psi, I think usually it goes a lot higher. My gut is telling me its just these cold temps but I want to be sure I'm not missing anything.

At 9 deg F there is a very good chance that your fuel has partially gelled and the primary fuel filter is restricted.
I ran into the same problem this morning when it was -15 deg. The fuel had plenty of power service anti-gel in it, but it still jelled up enough to affect power.
The best preventive measure is to get fuel from a place that *really* has the correct winter grade and then add some additional anti-gel to it. A bottle of 911 is always handy to have.
