fule gauge problem

fule gauge problem

I just got an 93 f150 and the fule gauge doesn't work it has dule tanks I just use the and it always shows that its full. Please help

Could be the gauge or the sending unit. I had the issue with the sending units, there is a way to repair them by dropping the tanks and pulling the sending unit out, or you could replace them.

OK thanks one more question the truck shows full even when the truck is off or on could the just be the gauge then ?

Possibly, have you tried tapping on the cluster to see if it'll move?
