The windows, gauges, power door locks are all controlled by the instrument cluster module, which can sometimes have problems due to bad solder connections in the instrument panel. A good smack to the top of the dash over the gauges can sometimes bring it back to life. However the AC and rear lights would not be affected, sounds like you may have more going on.

Swap relay #2 in the fuse panel with another to see if everything comes back on.
